At BEC + BRIDGE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label generated from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
